Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes — contact us within 2 hours of placing your order via WhatsApp or email. Once the parcel is dispatched, we cannot change the address and it will follow the original delivery details.
What if my parcel is lost or delayed?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier within 24 hours. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we reship your order at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available nationwide with a small Rs 50 handling surcharge. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery. Refused COD orders may result in a temporary block on future COD orders from your address.
How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the TCS or Leopards Courier website using that number. Alternatively, send us your order number on WhatsApp and we'll give you a real-time status update.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is being explored for 2027. If you are based outside Pakistan, follow our Instagram for updates — we'll announce international availability there first.
