How It Works

3 Simple Steps

Request a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and reason for return.

Pack & Ship Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact. Drop it off at your nearest courier. Shipping charges apply.

Get Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this window, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse items that show signs of use, wash, or damage not caused by us.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit — your choice.

  • Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days after return inspection
  • Store Credit: applied immediately upon approval, never expires
  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer only
Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges on the same product within the 7-day window, subject to availability.

  • Same product, different size — free of charge
  • Different product — treated as a return + new order
  • Exchange shipping is covered by ZEE on first exchange
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or sale purposes:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at purchase
  • Washed, worn, or altered items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Accessories and socks
Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover all shipping costs and resolve it immediately — full refund or replacement, your choice.
